Fun Fruit Friday

While in an adventerous mood at the Palm Springs street fair last night, I was easily conned into buying a new fruit. Dragon fruit isn't quite as scary as it looks or sounds.It actually has a very kiwi texture while tasting like jimica (I know you're thinking... does jimica have a taste?). It was an exciting lunchtime today, let me tell you!
