1. Run 5 miles in 50 minutes.
2. Run 5 miles in 45 minutes.
3. Run 5 miles in 40 minutes.
4. Run 6 miles in 48 minutes.
5. Run 7 miles in 54 minutes.
6. Beat dad in race.
7. Run ½ marathon with dad.
5. Run marathon with dad.
