Hooray for my New Headband!

While looking at these super cute baby booties (designed by Heather Bailey) on Boogie Knits, I was inspired to sew. Unfortunately, I'm not sure these would be manly enough for my little baby friends (or, more realistically, my little father friends), but I came across this headband on Heather's site. I'm still working on my confidence in sewing (although my grandmother and the duvet helped a lot), so I gave it a whirl. While my husband was on his commute home, I quickly whipped this sucker up. I'm still not sure I can pull off the headband look, but I was inspired by a co-worker with an adorable pink headband earlier today. Maybe with a little practice (and her advice), I can become semi-fashionable after all!
