Hubbie and I have been on a wait list at our local p-patch since last February. Finally, last week, I got an email saying that a plot was ready for us. Today, we went to look at it and start working on clearing the 10'x10' plot (which basically was covered in grass and other various weeds).
Here is the plot at 1:00 today:

Hopefully we'll have it all cleared and planted next weekend! Look for bountiful crops from our patch this summer.

It's hard work but I can't wait to eat some yummy team McPherson Veggies.
So I don't know what a p patch is? Is it like a community garden?
You accomplished a lot in a day. I love my garden and hopw that you have as much fun in yours as I have in mine.
Man. That was quite the plot to clear. Not the funniest thing about gardening for sure.
